My only complaint here is a design-complaint... everything else is really solid, well-spaced out, well-"shot", competently rendered, and well-paced; each piece of narration can stand on its own but also leads into the next. This was a good choice for way of doing it... not sure if inserting the pauses was part of your decision or not, but regardless it fits and flows really nicely.

Anyway the small gripe is that I had to stare at the final pane to figure out why there were suddenly 3 ponies in the scene, or rather what the heck the shape on the viewer's lefthand side of the bed was... (it wouldn't intuitively make sense for it to be a pony, since Hearts had already gotten up.) This maybe could've used a crossfade or diagonal line or some sortof arrangement to convey that this is the same shot twice at a slightly different times. I'm not sure if in this style you could've pulled off a sortof onionskin effect wherein Hearts' previous position would be visible but faded a little bit (not fully opaque) but something like this would've also worked as well in a general case. Working digitally, this could've just been done as fading gif, which would just show the two different poses back-and-forth. It's clear enough esp. with the giveaway of Hearts' flank-symbol that the stair-climbing shot is indeed separate (I wasn't talking about that part of the pane.)

Great work with this set.
